Fab motel everything i needed for a stay with my two grandsons aged 5 and 4 heated pool , spa pool , games room , kids play area , trampoline we loved our stay ????
Apartment 2 bedrooms was was very comfortable good kitchen facilities towels and pool towels provided

Highly recommend
This place was awesome. Tracey, the owner, was so friendly and helpful. The pools were lovely, room service was excellent, facilities excellent and my boys absolutely loved that all the games in the games room were free of charge. A very family friendly place, safe for children and close to shops and the rest of the Hawkes Bay. Thank you, Asure Colonial.

Awesome stay
I stayed 2 nights, On arrival I was welcomed by Anna a lovely vibrant lady. Room was exceptional, it had all the mod cons to make you comfortable and they certainly did that.
I highly recommend the ASURE motel to any traveler to Napier, I’m ooking forward to my next visit.

Lovely stay
Lovely motel manager, really welcoming and friendly. beautiful rooms, super comfy bed, sky TV, heatpump/aircon good shower pressure, everything you could ask for for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Superb!

How lovely is this place! Super homely, superb greeting and the cutest note in the room, hand-written on the note pad telling me to have a great stay! The room is clean, homely and inviting. Surrounded by other similar style cottages, you almost feel like you’re in a village. Lovely gardens, facilities – totally recommend!

Loved staying here and the Hostess with the mostess, She was absolutely awesome. Thank you for making our stay as wonderful as possible, this has everything we needed for our tournament, pool, spa pool, beds are so comfy and everyone was so accommodating. Thank you for a memorable stay. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolute best motel I have stayed in since travelling Ireland , 2018 – so impressed. Fantastic staff from booking phonecall to checking out, so friendly .rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily ,warm and soundproof .Bed was comfortable,

Fabulous place to stay
We stayed at the Colonial Lodge motel for 4 nights. Great welcome by friendly owners. Great room – clean, spacious, large with plenty of light. Different configurations of rooms available by the look of it. Lovely gardens/grounds/swimming pool. Short morning stroll to Taradale shops for paper. Also great place for meals. Central for visits to Hastings or Napier. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have made this our only go to for accommodation in Napier, as it’s close to our grandkids!
It’s always so spotless, affordable and they let our grandkids visit and even enjoy the pool area.
